Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Before you choose a monthly maintenance plan, you should know what is included, how review-required pricing works, and whether the property fits the route. Here are the answers we give before the first visit.

Plans & Pricing
Do you still charge per visit?

New customers are guided toward monthly maintenance plans instead of casual per-visit pricing. Monthly plans make the route more reliable, keep the property on schedule, and set a clearer standard for both the customer and the crew.

What is included in the $125/month Essential Plan?

The Essential Plan starts at $125/month and includes bi-weekly mowing, edging, and blowing for maintained properties that fit the route. It is designed for basic recurring upkeep, not neglected lawns, heavy cleanup, or high-visibility commercial frontage.

Why do Enhanced and Premium Weekly plans require a property review?

Those plans depend on the property standard. Lot size, commercial visibility, frontage, access, detail level, mowing frequency, and current condition all affect the route. A property review is required so the monthly plan matches the work instead of guessing.

What is the Enhanced Plan?

The Enhanced Plan is bi-weekly maintenance with additional finish/detail options confirmed after property review. The exact public package is still being finalized, so we do not list made-up inclusions before the service standard is set.

What is the Premium Weekly Plan?

The Premium Weekly Plan is weekly lawn maintenance for commercial properties, high-end residential lawns, visible frontage, and properties where appearance matters every week. It includes the full maintenance visit and requires a property review before final pricing.

Commercial & Residential Fit
Do you handle commercial properties?

Yes. Pro Cuts is moving toward more business lawn maintenance and commercial property lawn care. Good fits include offices, storefronts, churches, managed properties, rental portfolios, and visible lots where clean edges and clear walkways matter.

Do you still take residential customers?

Yes, but the best fit is high-end residential or select residential routes where the owner wants dependable monthly maintenance rather than the lowest possible cut price. Standard residential inquiries are still welcome if the property fits the route and plan structure.

Do you take rental or managed properties?

Yes. Rental homes, managed lots, sale-ready properties, and small portfolios are strong fits when the owner wants the exterior kept presentable without chasing one-off cuts.

What kind of customer is not a fit?

If the only goal is the cheapest possible mow, Pro Cuts may not be the right fit. The brand is built around scheduled route reliability, clean presentation, and monthly maintenance for properties that need to look cared for.

Do you offer one-time cuts or cleanups?

Seasonal lawn cleanup and one-time resets may be available when the route has room. One-time work is reviewed by scope and is separate from the monthly maintenance plans.

Route & Service Standard
What does every maintenance visit include?

The core visit includes mowing, edging, trimming where needed, and blowing hard surfaces clear. The exact finish standard depends on the plan and property review, especially for commercial frontage and high-end residential lawns.

Do monthly plans include rain-delay handling?

Yes. Route timing adjusts around weather. Pro Cuts does not mow saturated ground when it would rut the lawn or leave a rough finish. If rain pushes the route, the goal is to complete the visit as soon as conditions allow clean work.

Do you keep the same service day?

Recurring customers are placed on a route so service timing stays as consistent as weather allows. Commercial and premium weekly properties are scheduled around route efficiency and the appearance standard the property needs to hold.

Do I need to be home for service?

Usually no. As long as we have access, gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and vehicles are out of the way, the visit can be completed while you are gone.

Service Area & Boundaries
What areas do you serve?

Pro Cuts is based in Slidell and serves St. Tammany Parish, including Slidell, Covington, Mandeville, Abita Springs, Madisonville, Lacombe. If your property is nearby on the North Shore, send the address and we will confirm whether it fits the route.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Pro Cuts is licensed, bonded, and insured for lawn care work. Proof can be provided with your estimate on request.

Do you offer landscaping, mulch, sod, grading, or tree work?

No. We are focused on lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, business lawn maintenance, rental property lawn care, and seasonal yard cleanup. We do not sell landscape design or installation, mulch service, sod, grading, or tree work.

Do you offer weed control, pest control, or fertilization?

No. We do not sell chemical weed control, pest control, fertilization, or lawn treatment programs. Those services require the proper Louisiana licensing, and we would rather keep the work inside what we can responsibly provide.
